Act as if:

  • If you are not sure of yourself “act as if”.  This means you will pretend you are confident in what you are doing.
  • The more you act as if, the sooner you will actually be.


Unlock your creativity. Practice doing creative exercises. For example, write to your creativity as if it were a person:

  • This can help to bring creativity back into your life.
  • This could lead to more ideas about how your can reach your goals in a creative way.


Make Exercise a regular part of your daily routine:

  • Exercise releases endorphins, this will make you feel better.
  • Exercise is good for you physically as well as mentally.
  • Exercise slows down aging.
  • Walk, jog, play tennis, swim, run, bike ride, visit a gym, do whatever you want but move for at least 30 minutes a day.
